I found the directions to be accurate and easy to follow. The drawers slide nicely, which was a concern having to purchase sight unseen. Its a nice piece. I would say its like Ikea (pieces and putting together), but higher quality in terms of being all wood. It requires 2 people to carry the boxes to the spot where we were putting it together, then was a one person job.

Arrived on time with all parts. The directions for assembly were very clear and it was just a matter of spending the time needed to assemble it systematically. It took me a good 3-4 hours to assemble with help when needed. The wood is beautiful and of high quality and sturdy! I’m very happy with the dresser.
