Cancel My Order
You can cancel your order within 55 minutes of placing it.
To cancel your order: sign into your account and go to your Orders page, or click the link in your order confirmation email; select the order you want to cancel; click “Cancel Order” and follow the prompts.
If you don’t see the Cancel Order option, the 55-minute window has passed and the order has begun processing, so we can no longer change it on our end.
If your order has already shipped: our standard 20% return shipping fee applies if you choose to return it, or you can opt for a free exchange. Refused deliveries are also processed as a standard return. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.
If the cancellation window has passed, you’re welcome to return or exchange the items once they arrive.
Change My Shipping Address
You can update your shipping address within 55 minutes of placing your order. Sign into your account, open your Orders page, select the order, and edit the shipping address before the window closes.
If the 55-minute window has passed, the order has begun processing and we can no longer change the address on our end.
Change My Order
Need to add, remove, or swap an item? Within the 55-minute window you can edit your order from your Orders page. After that the order is processing and changes are handled as a return or exchange.
