We accept returns of items within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure a smooth return process, items must remain unassembled and securely packed in their original Grain Wood Furniture packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that have been assembled, partially assembled, or lack original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement part. However, we do not accept returns of damaged items.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, our Returns Team will carefully inspect it. If the items meet our return requirements, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the merchandise price. Please note that a 20% return fee will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking costs.
If returned items arrive damaged due to inadequate repackaging or are missing parts, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
Refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks to process after the items reach our facility. The timing of your refund may also vary depending on your financial institution and the payment method used.
We kindly remind you to follow our return policy to avoid complications: items must be unassembled and securely returned in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
