My nervousness about buying a bed online, and having it shipped safely across the country turned out to be completely unnecessary. Not only did the bed arrive well-packed and undamaged (in two very heavy boxes--one long & skinny, one broad & flat), it is a solid and beautifully finished piece of furniture. I am beyond pleased! It did take my husband, daughter and myself most of the afternoon to put together. There are a lot of pieces! But each piece of wood is numbered, all of the holes were cleanly drilled and properly aligned, and the hardware was labeled and decently machined, so it was just a matter of figuring out what went where, and how best to position it. I am so impressed with the workmanship that I plan to buy a matching dresser, and will keep this company in mind for the future.

This bed is amazing! Such a great quality at such a great price. I was searching and searching for a replacement bed for my son, his last bed that was only a year old was literally ripping apart! I found plenty of beds that were only about a hundred dollars cheaper that were not 100% wood and the supports and legs looked very thin. I finally came across this bed on Wayfair but it was just out of my price range. Then I decided to look the brand up and found the Grain Wood website. I’m so glad that I did because it was actually cheaper to buy directly from the company than through Wayfair. This put the bed in my price point! I can’t believe that I found a bed that is completely wood for a small amount more than the beds I knew would not last. Every piece of this bed is solid wood! It will last until my son decides to get a bigger size as an adult! I love it! There was one bolt that came with the bed that would not thread. I contacted customer support via email through the website. They got back to me and shipped out a new bolt that same day! Excellent customer service!
