Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Grain Wood Furniture! If your order is in transit or has been delivered, refunds can only be processed through our returns and exchanges procedures mentioned below. If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll cancel your order and issue a refund. We're here to make sure you're completely satisfied with your experience!

 

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We're delighted that you've chosen our products, and we sincerely hope they bring you as much joy as they brought us during the design process. However, if your piece doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry—we're here to assist you. You can initiate a return or exchange for unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.  If an item arrives damaged please head over to replacements so that we can make it right for you! 

If you happen to find your items on sale within 30 days of your purchase, we’ve got you covered! Check out our price match policy—it's valid for, you guessed it, 30 days!

 

Free Exchanges

You have the flexibility to exchange any product in your order within 30 days of delivery, at no cost to you, whether it's for store credit or another item from our store. Just remember, these items must be unassembled and in their original packaging. To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to us with your preferred option outlined below. Customers are limited to 1 free exchange per order, additional exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

Here are your two options for exchanges:

  1. Swap Option (slower): Return the unassembled items in their original packaging using the pre-paid return label sent to you by our support staff. Once we receive the items, we'll promptly ship you the new items. This option may take a few weeks at times. If there's a price difference for the items you're exchanging, we'll handle it by either refunding the difference or sending you an invoice, depending on whether the price is lower or higher.

 

  1. Buy and Return Option (faster): Return the unassembled items in their original packaging using the pre-paid return label provided by our support staff. Meanwhile, place a new order for the items you want to exchange. Share the new order number with us, and once the original order items arrive at our warehouse, we'll process a full refund for you.

We're here to make the exchange process as seamless as possible for you. Once you've chosen the exchange option that works best for you, just let us know and we’ll handle the rest. We'll send you all the return labels and arrange for a FedEx pickup for the items you're returning. You can choose any day that works for you, Monday through Friday, but please keep in mind that FedEx requires a 24-hour notice for pickup and does not require a signature upon their arrival.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things just don't go as planned. Rest assured, we're here to assist with returns. You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your items.

For a successful return process, items must be unassembled and securely packed in its original packaging.

If an item arrives with damage, we will provide a free replacement part.  We do not accept returns of damaged items.  

We'll refund the credit back to your original form of payment for the merchandise price, but please note there's a 20% return fee deducted. This fee covers return shipping and restocking.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, our returns team will carefully inspect the returned items. If all is in order, we'll promptly process your refund. However, if any items arrive damaged due to inadequate repackaging or are found to be missing pieces, regrettably, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

Please be aware that the refund process may take 2 to 3 weeks after the items reach our facility. Additionally, the timing of your refund may vary depending on the policies of your financial institution and the method of payment used.

We want to emphasize that all returns must adhere to our policy: items must be unassembled and returned in the original Grain Wood Furniture packaging. Partially or fully assembled items, or those lacking the original packaging, unfortunately cannot be accepted for return.

To start a return, simply get in touch with us and let us know your preferred day for a FedEx Pickup, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll send you the return shipping labels and confirmation of the pickup. Please keep in mind that FedEx Pickups are available Monday through Friday, require a 24-hour notice, and do not require a signature upon arrival.
