Damaged In Transit

In the rare event that your item appears damaged upon delivery, please do not refuse the shipment. Our heavy-duty packaging is designed to withstand significant wear and tear, and while the outer box may arrive crushed or punctured, the contents are often in perfect condition.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Accept the delivery.
  2. Open the package and inspect all parts. If you find any parts that are scratched, dented, cracked, or otherwise not in perfect condition, please contact us right away.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged parts (from multiple angles and distances)
  • Photos of any damage to the packaging
  • The part numbers (as listed in your assembly guide)
  • Your original order number

We will use your photos to file a claim with FedEx and send replacement parts for whatever arrived damaged.
